Delivery Information We are based in Fourways, Johannesburg, and we ship nationwide across South Africa.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days depending on your location.
- Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Look out for seasonal free shipping promotions!
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your restoration journey.
Returns & Refunds Due to the hygiene nature of skincare products, we have a strict return policy:
- Unopened Products: You may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at returns@nchaicosmetics within 48 hours with a photo of the damage so we can send a replacement.
- Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
